"I've Seen You Grow So Much"

🚨 Affirmation Alert 🚨

Being the night owl I figured I’d send this after you went to bed so you’d have it first thing in the morning.  I think what this page says is so true.  I especially like what it says about how our perspective can so easily change when we’re ‘too close’ to something.  What is truly impressive growth sometimes gets missed when we’re constantly observing the incremental growth that led to the event.  You can see my annotations on here but I chose this one because it relates to this Dallas trip.  I know you’re going to crush your presentation, make a great in-person impression, and start your year off strong.  I was most impressed by your ability to attack it with absolutely zero hesitation once we chatted through the idea.
